She was able to come over to our house quickly when we were pressing on time to sell our home as it was conditional on selling to purchase our forever home. She was able to give great advice, but what was most valuable was that she was able to rearrange the existing furniture and use existing pieces in ways I never would have thought to. She and I went shopping together for a few feature pieces, but beyond that, we were able to transform the look of the places without spending a lot of money. We then arranged for professional photos, and once I had those photos, the places were posted for rent / airb&b stays, and I was able to rent them up right away, and for higher value than I could have without the staging.
